
Soft chocolate cake with coconut flour, without butter, eggs, and milk. Ideal for breakfast or snack: light, fragrant, and easy to prepare.
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Mix together all dry ingredients (00 flour, coconut flour, unsweetened cocoa powder). Do not add the baking powder at this stage.
Add water and honey to the mix and stir until you achieve a smooth batter.
Gently fold in the baking powder at the end.
Pour the batter into a 20 cm springform pan, greased or lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the preheated oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes: check the doneness with a toothpick (it should come out dry).
Remove from the oven, let cool and serve.
