Add the rice flour and oat flour into a bowl.
Mix and add eggs, yogurt, water, and finally baking soda.
Pour the mixture into muffin molds.
Bake in a fan oven at 180°C for 20-30 minutes.
Do the toothpick test to check for doneness.
Enjoy warm or cold.
