Preparation

    Add the rice flour and oat flour to a bowl.

    Mix and add eggs, yogurt, water, and finally baking powder.

    Pour the mixture into muffin molds.

    Bake in a fan oven at 180°C for 20-30 minutes.

    Do the toothpick test to check for doneness.
