Beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla until they are well fluffy and frothy.
Then add the milk and oil in a thin stream and mix well.
Add the flour, grated coconut, baking powder and continue mixing until you get a smooth and homogeneous mixture.
Transfer the batter into a buttered and floured cake pan.
Add the jam on the surface and create a marbled effect with the help of a fork.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for about 40 minutes.
