

Raise your hand if you love ice cream!!!
Freeze the peanut butter in small narrow molds or on parchment paper, depending on how many popsicles you want to make.
Combine all the other ingredients in a bowl and mix them together.
Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, insert the stick, and fill with peanut butter.
Leave in the freezer for at least 2-3 hours.
Melt the dark chocolate in a tall, narrow glass, enough to cover the popsicles.
Dip the popsicles in the melted chocolate, let it solidify, and enjoy.
