Raise your hand if you love ice cream!!!
Freeze the peanut butter in small narrow molds or on parchment paper, depending on how many ice creams you want to make.
Combine all the other ingredients in a bowl and mix them together.
Pour the mixture into ice cream molds, insert the stick, and fill with peanut butter.
Leave in the freezer for at least 2-3 hours.
Melt the dark chocolate in a narrow and tall glass, enough to cover the ice creams.
Dip the ice creams in the melted chocolate, let solidify, and enjoy.
