Preparation

In a bowl, beat the egg with the sugar.

Then add oil, flour, and baking powder.
- STEP 3 OF 7
Knead until you form a dough ball, which you should leave in the fridge for about half an hour wrapped in plastic wrap.

Once the time has passed, roll out the dough with a rolling pin.
- STEP 5 OF 7
Shape your cookies using special cookie cutters.
- STEP 6 OF 7
Bake at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.
- STEP 7 OF 7
Once cooled, fill with jam.
