In a mixer, pour the flours, unsweetened cocoa, baking powder, 40g of Greek yogurt, and the banana.
Blend everything until you get a smooth mixture.
Pour half of the mixture into a small bowl, add the remaining Greek yogurt in the center, and cover with more mixture.
Add a cookie on top.
Cook in an air fryer or oven at 160 degrees for 15/20 minutes.
