
In a blender, pour the flours, unsweetened cocoa, yeast, 40g of Greek yogurt, and the banana.
Blend everything until you get a smooth mixture.
Pour half of the batter into a small bowl, add the remaining Greek yogurt in the center, and cover with more batter.
Add a cookie on top.
Bake in an air fryer or oven at 160 degrees Celsius for 15/20 minutes.
