  • Potato starch50g
  • Erythritol65g
  • Vanilla 0 drops sweetenerto taste
  • Eggs2units
  • Lactose-free greek yogurt170g
  • Rice oil4units
  • Rice milk30g
  • Grated lemon zestto taste
  • Baking powder15g
  • Cream of tartar15g
  • Baking soda8g

Preparation

  1. STEP 1 OF 6

    In a bowl, mix the powders and grated lemon zest.

  2. STEP 2 OF 6

    Combine the liquid parts and the eggs, work all the ingredients with a whisk until smooth.

  3. STEP 3 OF 6

    Pour the batter into a 22/24 cm mold, depending on the desired size.

  4. STEP 4 OF 6

    If desired, add sugar sprinkles on top.

  5. STEP 5 OF 6

    Bake in a static oven at 170 degrees for 35 minutes.

  6. STEP 6 OF 6

    Place a sheet of parchment paper on top for the last 20 minutes.
