
Easter is just around the corner... here is a fit but very tasty version of the colomba.
In a bowl, mix the powders and the grated lemon zest.
Add the liquid parts and the eggs, whisk all the ingredients without leaving lumps.
Pour the batter into a 22/24 cm mold, size of your choice.
If desired, add sugar sprinkles on top.
Bake in a static oven at 170 degrees Celsius for 35 minutes.
Place a sheet of parchment paper on top during the last 20 minutes.
