Easter is approaching... here is a fit but delicious version of the colomba.
In a bowl, mix the powders and grated lemon zest.
Add the liquid parts and the eggs, work all the ingredients with a whisk without leaving lumps.
Pour the batter into a 22/24 cm mold, choosing the size.
If desired, add sugar sprinkles on top.
Bake in a static oven at 170 degrees for 35 minutes.
Place a sheet of baking paper on top for the last 20 minutes.
