Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and compact.
Line a baking mold with 3/4 of the dough and cook in an air fryer for 5/6 minutes at 180°C.
Can be stored in the refrigerator for 2 days. Serve with fresh fruit or yogurt for an extra touch!
