Mix everything with a whisk to obtain a smooth cream.
Pour the cream over the cookie base and level it.
Prepare the salted caramel by melting the sugar, adding the butter, fresh cream, and a pinch of salt.
Pour the salted caramel over the cheesecake and decorate with salted roasted peanuts.
