Mini Cocoa Cookies: crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside! Perfect for a sweet but light break, without butter and refined sugars.
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
Transfer the mixture to a work surface and form a dough.
Make balls of about 20 g each, flatten them with your hands.
Place the balls on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Put some chocolate chips on top.
Bake in a fan oven at 180°C for about 15 minutes.
