Preparation

  1. STEP 1 OF 4

    Combine eggs, milk, and yogurt and mix well until smooth.

  2. STEP 2 OF 4

    Add the flour and baking powder and mix well again. If the dough is too thick, add a little milk until you reach the desired consistency.

    Bake at 180°C for 25 minutes in a fan-assisted mode.

    If desired, add white chocolate protein cream or enjoy them plain.
