Cut the tofu into cubes about 2 cm on each side.
Prepare a marinade by mixing the beer, chopped garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
Soak the tofu cubes in the marinade and let them rest for at least 30 minutes.
Heat the oil in a non-stick pan.
Drain the tofu from the marinade and cook it in the pan until golden, turning it occasionally.
