Clean the calamari and cut them into rings.
Coat the calamari with flour for frying.
Heat the seed oil in a deep pan or fryer to 180°C.
Fry the floured calamari until golden, about 2-3 minutes.
Drain the calamari on absorbent paper and salt to taste.
Serve the fried calamari accompanied by light non-alcoholic craft beer, fresh and with a compact foam.
