Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Massage the lamb leg with extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, and parsley powder.
Place the lamb in a baking dish and pour the beer over the meat.
Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 60 minutes.
Remove the aluminum foil and continue cooking for another 30 minutes to brown the meat.
Serve the lamb hot accompanied by potatoes or roasted vegetables.
