The Tre di Oro pasta is born in the fields of Contrada Quartarella, in the heart of Val di Noto, where the ancient Russello grain is cultivated with care in respect of the land and the biodiversity of the Iblei Mountains. Here, between calcareous soils and Mediterranean breezes, the grain grows following natural cycles, without forcing, preserving its authenticity and nutritional value. Our approach to cultivation is based on regenerative organic agricultural systems and we are in conversion to organic.
