
Our mozzarella with buffalo milk is a fresh spun cheese made exclusively from the milk of our buffalo, salt, and rennet. It is characterized by an ancient artisanal process of shaping and is available in round or braided format, in different sizes, starting from a minimum of 60 g up to a maximum of 3 kg. To enjoy it at its best, during particularly cold periods, since mozzarella expresses its aromas best when consumed at a temperature of about 28-30°C, we recommend gently heating it in the microwave at 600 watts for about 15 seconds or, if desired, immersing it with the entire bag in warm water for about 15 minutes. It is recommended to always store mozzarella in its brine and not to place it in the refrigerator.
