
Our mozzarella with buffalo milk is a fresh spun cheese and is produced exclusively with the milk of our buffaloes, salt, and rennet. It is characterized by an ancient artisanal process of mozzarella-making and is available in round or braided format, in different sizes, starting from a minimum of 60 g up to a maximum of 3 kg. To enjoy it best, in particularly cold periods, mozzarella expresses its aromas best when consumed at a temperature of around 28-30°C; for this reason, we recommend gently heating it in the microwave at 600 watts for about 15 seconds or, if desired, immersing it with the entire packet in warm water for about 15 minutes.
