Our mozzarella with buffalo milk is a fresh pasta filata cheese made exclusively from the milk of our buffalo, salt, and rennet. It is characterized by an ancient artisanal mozzarella-making process and is available in a round shape or braid, in various weights, starting from a minimum of 60 g up to a maximum of 3 kg. To enjoy it best, in particularly cold periods, as mozzarella expresses its aromas best when consumed at a temperature of about 28-30°C, we recommend gently heating it in the microwave at 600 watts for about 15 seconds or, if desired, immersing it with the entire bag in warm water for about 15 minutes. It is recommended to always keep the mozzarella in its preserving liquid and not store it in the refrigerator.
