
Our mozzarella with buffalo milk is a fresh spun cheese made exclusively with the milk of our buffaloes, salt, and rennet. It is characterized by an ancient artisanal mozzarella-making process and is available in round or braided shapes, in various sizes, starting from a minimum of 60 g up to a maximum of 3 kg. To enjoy it at its best, especially in particularly cold periods, as mozzarella expresses its aromas best when consumed at a temperature of about 28-30°C, we recommend gently warming it in the microwave at 600 watts for about 15 seconds or, if desired, immersing it with the entire package in warm water for about 15 minutes. It is recommended to always keep the mozzarella in its brine and not to store it in the refrigerator.
