Lactose-free mozzarella is made with lactose-free milk from our buffaloes, salt, and rennet. The milk used is the same as that used to produce traditional buffalo mozzarella, which is why the taste is identical. The difference occurs during production when the milk is lactose-free. The need to produce lactose-free mozzarella arises to allow people who are intolerant to consume mozzarella or dishes made with it. It is also suitable for those who frequently and excessively consume dairy products. It is available in round, aversana, bocconcini, bocconi, or braided formats, ranging from a minimum of 100 g up to a maximum of 3 kg, available exclusively on order. To enjoy it best, during particularly cold periods, we recommend gently warming it in the microwave at 600 watts for about 15 seconds or, if desired, immersing the entire bag in warm water for about 15 minutes. Milk origin: Italy.
