The lactose-free mozzarella is made with lactose-free milk from our buffaloes, lactose-free milk, salt, and rennet. The milk is the same used to produce traditional buffalo mozzarella, which is why the taste is identical. The difference occurs during production where the milk is made lactose-free. The need to produce lactose-free mozzarella arises to allow people who are intolerant to consume mozzarella, or dishes made from it, but not only that! It is also suitable for those who consume dairy products frequently and excessively. It is available in round, aversana, bocconcini, bocconi, or braid form, ranging from a minimum of 100g to a maximum of 3 kg, available exclusively by order. To enjoy it at its best, especially during particularly cold periods, since mozzarella expresses its aromas best when consumed at a temperature of about 28-30°C, we recommend gently warming it in the microwave at 600 watts for about 15 seconds or, if desired, immersing the entire package in warm water for about 15 minutes.
