The need to produce lactose-free mozzarella arises to allow people who are intolerant to consume mozzarella or dishes made with it, but it is also suitable for those who frequently and excessively consume dairy products. It is available in round, aversana, bocconcini, bocconi, or braided forms, ranging from a minimum of 100g up to a maximum of 3 kg, available exclusively on order. To enjoy it at its best, especially in particularly cold periods, since mozzarella expresses its aromas best when consumed at about 28-30°C, we recommend gently warming it in the microwave at 600 watts for about 15 seconds or, if desired, immersing the entire bag in warm water for about 15 minutes.
