It is available whole, weighing approximately 1100 g, or in halves, weighing about 550 g. Due to its shape, it is suitable for gift packaging. It is a ready-to-use product, suitable for various uses, excellent for fillings or grilled. It should be stored in the fridge at a temperature of about 4°C.
