Blu di Veja cow's milk cheese aged in white wine is one of the flagship products of Corrado Benedetti's selection. It is a blue cheese with a compact and firm texture, made exclusively with cow's milk produced by a small dairy in the Gorgonzola area. A very good semi-cooked cow's milk cheese, blue-veined and aged from 30 to 60 days, then refined with a dip in white wine for at least another month. At first glance, it looks like Gorgonzola, but it is not.
