
Blu di Veja is a cheese made from cow's milk aged in white wine and is one of the flagship products of the Corrado Benedetti selection. A blue cheese with a compact and firm texture, made with only cow's milk produced by a small dairy in the Gorgonzola area. A very good semi-cooked cow's milk cheese, blue-veined and aged from 30 to 60 days, aged with a dip in white wine for at least another month. At first glance it seems like a Gorgonzola, but it is not.
