Ingredients
- 1 red chard
1unit - 2 fresh mint leaves
2unit - 2 buffalo mozzarellas
2unit - 3 carrots
3unit - Walnut kernelsto taste
- Saltto taste
- Dressing made with extra virgin olive oil and fresh basilto taste
Preparation

Boil the chard for about 20 minutes in plenty of salted water.
- STEP 2 OF 4
Meanwhile, peel the carrots and cut them into julienne strips; steam them for 5-8 minutes along with the mint leaves.
- STEP 3 OF 4
Let the vegetables cool and arrange the dish as desired, add the walnut kernels, salt, and finally the basil dressing.

Serve after 20-30 minutes to make the dish even more flavorful.
