
Our buffalo milk mozzarella is a fresh spun cheese and is produced exclusively with the milk from our buffaloes, salt, and rennet. It is characterized by an ancient artisanal process of mozzarella-making and is available in a round shape or braid, in various sizes, starting from a minimum of 60 g up to a maximum of 3 kg. To enjoy it best, during particularly cold periods, since mozzarella expresses its aromas best when consumed at a temperature of about 28-30°C, we recommend gently heating it in the microwave at 600 watts for about 15 seconds or, if desired, immersing it with the entire bag in warm water for about 15 minutes. It is recommended to always store the mozzarella in its brine and not to place it in the refrigerator.
