Canestrato Cheese with cooked paste made from sheep and goat milk with the addition of whole pistachios. Cheese with very small eyes, white in color tending towards straw yellow, with a rough ochre-colored rind. Store in the fridge between +4/+6°C. The product can be consumed or used as an ingredient in food preparations, but also raw as in the most typical Italian cheese tradition. Ingredients: Pasteurized sheep milk, pasteurized milk, pistachio (2%), salt, rennet, and lactic ferments. Origin of the milk: Italy – 100% Sicily. FORMAT: All cheeses are subject to weight variation of plus or minus 50g. The sale price we have indicated has been calculated on the lower side, so the price the customer will pay will still be based on the lower weight of the average product weight.
